Solid-State Lithium-Metal Battery Small Pilot Line is used for making batteries in the glove box.
Lithium anode electrode making, lithium anode tab pressing, electrode cutting, stacking (manual adhesive), hot press short-circuit test, ultrasonic welding, top & side sealing, Hi-pot test, vacuum liquid injection and vacuum pre-sealing, single cell assembly, all the above processes are completed by manual operation equipment in a closed and dry glove box.
The main equipment includes: lithium strip cutting machine, lithium anode electrode forming machine, manual electrode die cutting machine, semi-automatic stacking machine, hot press short circuit testing machine, ultrasonic welding machine, top sealing machine, side sealing machine, Hi-pot testing machine, vacuum injection machine, vacuum pre-sealing machine and glove box system. At the same time, the peripheral equipment of the glove box also includes aluminum-plastic film forming machine, manual electrode forming machine (compatible with aluminum-plastic film die-cutting), final sealing machine, edge cutting machine and ironing table.
