• 1. The window flange adopts the whole thick plate cut into the whole rectangular ring, high strength, resistance to impact extrusion deformation, can be opened sealing groove.
• 2. The whole flange window and ring sealing groove are formed by a knife of a large gantry machining center, and the flatness of the sealing support surface and the bottom surface of the sealing groove is < 0.1 mm/m.
• 3. The flange window and the box adopt continuous welding mode, non-destructive testing to detect the weld, and there is no leakage at the welding.
• 4. The whole ring "O" type sealing ring is embedded in the whole ring groove, the sealing ring has no seam, high sealing reliability, low leakage rate, the box leakage rate < 0.0006vol%/h.
